School began this last Wednesday. Bishop Campbell came out and celebrated with the new First Graders. The school was filled with lots of laughter and the distribution of supplies and books.
On the same day in the evening the RCIA began with a picnic dinner and a quick introduction to the church. It looks to be a good sized group of people interested in joining the Catholic Church. Keep them in your prayers.
Good luck to the golfers and exaggerators who will be playing at the Foxfire Golf Club Sunday.
Thank God that the Festival is now a memory. The parking has improved with the removal of the garage. Soon there will be new lines and driving patters established.
The Lord be with you!

The house is back to normal. No seminarians. They eat a lot and resist training to my mellifluous sounds regarding the timely distribution of snacks. The last seminarian, Daniel Mould , from New Zealand, flew back to his seminary in Nebraska. He was the most well trained and gave me my first snack of the day. Now I must retrain the pastor.
It's good to hear the children on the playground. That's the heartbeat of St. Mary's. Good to hear as well. I am tired, and the celestial muses that usually inspire me are on vacation. I must press the send button and then send myself off to bed.
