This week we have a few seminarians staying at the rectory. One of them, Tim Lynch, has registered at St. Mary, so we have a vocation about to bear fruit. Tim worked for me many years ago and after a long discernment felt called to the priesthood. He will be ordained a deacon on May 1 in the evening at St. Joseph Cathedral. Pray for vocations.
The Lord be with you!

Father, grant us the grace to be humble and content to place ourselves at your service. You know the role you want us to play in your kingdom. Following where you lead is the only sure way to find success and enjoy the adventure. We ask your grace to know this, in Jesus's name, Amen. - from Stories of Jesus
