COLUMBUS THEOLOGY ON TAP

The last gathering of the year is Thursday, May 9th.  It will be at El Vaquero, 230 Olentangy River Rd., 7:00-9:00 p.m. Dan DeMatte will be speaking to us about our call to evangelize!  Pope John Paul II said that the Church exists to evangelize. In his papacy he called the Church to a "New Evangelization”. Discovering what this means requires a lived expression of faith by all baptized.  The message and mission of the New Evangelization will ignite a desire to dynamically live your faith with the spirit of a missionary. Theology on Tap is an invitation for young adults to learn more about their faith and share in the greater Catholic community in Columbus!  Find updates at: www.cbustheologyontap.tumblr.comContact: cbustheologyontap@gmail.com, Holly Monnier, 614.390.8653

Cristo Rey Columbus, will be opening its doors to freshmen in August 2013.  Its mission is to serve students who may not be able to afford our traditional Catholic high schools.  Cristo Rey offers a professional work-study program, which provides students with real world work experiences while preparing them for college and helping to offset the cost of their high school education.  We are currently accepting applicants from current eighth graders to join us for ninth grade this fall.  If you or anyone you know might be interested, please go to our website www.cristoreycolumbus.org or call our Admissions office at 614.223.9261, ext. 227.
