YOUNG AT HEART FESTIVAL FOR ACTIVE SENIORS…will be celebrated on August 10, 2010.
SNP started this festival sixteen years ago when we realized how very different seniors are today than in past generations. With better health and longer lives, seniors are an important factor in the collective soul of a community. This year we have an extensive line-up of entertainment and more than 50 health, business and community organization exhibitors taking part in the festival. This year's event will be held at the Aladdin Shrine Center, 3850 Stelzer Rd., near Easton Town Center, from
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Admission and parking are free. For more information about the Young at Heart Festival contact Young at Heart Festival Director Brian Wesolowski at (614) 410-0246.

COLUMBUS CATHOLIC BUSINESS NETWORK
Several Catholic business people in Columbus have expressed interest in starting a networking group exclusively for Catholics in Columbus area. There are three goals of the network.
Professional: To provide the opportunity to network with fellow central Ohio Catholic leaders, professionals and organizations for greater economic and professional success.
Spiritual: To more effectively live out our lay vocations through understanding, embracing and demonstrating the teachings of Christ as expressed by the social teachings of the Catholic Church as they apply to the people and structures serving the workplace.
Witness: To collectively and individually give public witness, in both word and action, to authentic Catholic social teachings as they pertain to the economic/business sphere of society.
If you are interested in participating in the organizational meeting please contact Doug Smith at 614.371.2595 or email@example.com. All faithful are welcome.

SISTERS of ST. FRANCIS of MARY IMMACULATE…based in Joliet, IL., will celebrate the 145th anniversary of their founding by Mother Alfred Moes on August 2, 2010. As some of you know, the Sisters ministered in our parish from 1875 to 1991. On a regular basis, former students, many in their 70’s and 80’s, share memories of a particular Sister who was a favorite teacher. Clearly, these Sisters have made an impact on the lives of many people throughout their history of service. If anyone wishes to send greetings of congratulations or memories of the Sisters, they would appreciate hearing from you. They can be reached at: Sisters of St. Francis, Mission Advancement,
1433 Essington Rd., Joliet, IL 60435.
