RCIA – 2009 – 2010

The RCIA session this week will be devoted to “The Moral Life of the Christian”.  RCIA sessions are held in the Atrium every Wed, at 7:00 p.m.  Sessions are open t0 anyone interested in learning more about your Catholic faith. All are welcome!

Many nursing home residents have no regular visitors or may not have family living nearby. The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program is looking for volunteers to visit nursing home residents in central Ohio. For only 2 hours a week you can make a difference in someone’s life. The PONTIFICAL COLLEGE JOSEPHINUM….. welcomes the general public to its commemoration of the Feast of St. Patrick at the seminary’s fifth annual Irish Fest on February 27, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  The event celebrating Irish culture and heritage will be preceded by Mass at 4:30 p.m. in the seminary’s St. Turibius Chapel, followed by an evening of traditional Irish music, food and dance. One hundred percent of the profit benefits seminarians in financial need.  

 Tickets may be purchased at the door and are $20 for adults and $5 for youth age 11-16. Children under 11 are free. Pre-sale tickets ($15 adults; $5 youth age 11-16) may be purchased until 4 p.m. on Friday, February 26.
