Dear parishioners,

Happy Easter!!  May the resurrection of our Lord fill your hearts with deep joy as you recognize the infinite love offered to us by our God in Christ Jesus!  Let us resolve to express in our lives this Love which we have received.

I want to offer my sincere congratulations to all who have participated in this year’s RCIA program.  They are being received into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil Mass.  We welcome them as our newest members here at St. Mary’s, and we pray that this is only the beginning of an ever deepening life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Please remember that next Sunday, April 23, is Divine Mercy Sunday.  Please join us for this special celebration, where there will be the opportunity for Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction.  We also have scheduled presentations on the mercy of God in our lives, and we will pray the Divine Mercy chaplet together.  I encourage everyone to come and pray with us.

Again, I pray that all of you will have a Happy and Blessed Easter!

Sincerely in the risen Lord,

Fr. Hammond
